"We needed a temporary nanny and after connecting with several nannies, we hired Francisca. Just from the initial communication she was professional and personable. It was lovely to find out she was even better on the job. She provided care for my four-month-old son but my two year old also felt instantly comfortable with her. My son was very well taken care of and Francisca was able to learn and adapt to our style quickly. I notice she is intuitive and attentive in her care for my son and the fact that she has an RN background and caregiving background comes through. Francisca will be a great help to any family and we recommend her very much."
