I have worked in the church nursery, and occasionally baby sit for almost 3 years now. I am comfortable with a wide range of ages, from infants to early teens.
I am also comfortable preparing meals/snacks, diaper changing, helping with bedtime routines, keeping kids entertained with activities, and helping maintain a clean environment around the house.
