One of my favorite nanny moments was when a seven-year-old girl I cared for asked me if I could help her write a story. She had so many ideas but didn’t know how to organize them. We spent the afternoon brainstorming characters and plot twists, and I guided her through the writing process. Seeing her excitement as she created her own story was heartwarming.
