Hi,

My name is Gabriela Carpenter and I have worked in the nanny field for over 10 years. I have been a nanny in Brooklyn, NY and in Madrid.

I recently moved back from Denver, CO and in Denver I worked at a high school as an Academic Advisor. I also worked at a Recreation Center with children ages 4-17 as an instructor for an after school program. I am currently working at a non profit for a program that helps strengthen families.

I am very active, I enjoy sports, I love to plan activities, and help with homework. I just enjoy helping families and always want to offer a safe environment.

Playing basketball, playing soccer, any sport really. I have always been a very active person and I like to interact with kids so they know that I am fine playing outside.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is to have fun and to actually enjoy enriching their minds. They’re kids and they’re constantly trying to learn, so it makes me happy when I can help with that.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A nanny moment I will never forget is when I took the kids to the National History Museum in New York. They were in complete awe. I also found it very sweet when we were watching an IMAX film at the museum and they took a nap and just seemed like they had a really great day.
