One of my favorite moments as a nanny was capturing my baby’s first steps on camera. We had been practicing walking for a while, and seeing that hard work pay off in such a beautiful way was incredibly rewarding. It felt like such a special moment to witness and document, not just for myself but to share with their parents too. Moments like that remind me how meaningful and impactful it is to be part of a child’s early development.
