My wife and I have been married for 40 years, and have lived in Irvine since 1997, and raised 3 girls and a boy. I'm retired, and have cared for many the past 7 years. I can't say I need the money, but want to be useful, and help a young family... something to keep me a bit busy since our 4 older adult children haven't given us any grankiddies! Yes... I can do it all... I've changed a million diapers, taught golf, have a chemical engineering degree, coached other sports, taught kids to drive, cook meals daily, clean house, etc. I'm tired of going on cruises. I will not work for anyone until they come to our home and see where we live, and how we live. I want the families I work for to be 100% comfortable with me and understand what they're getting. I've always done this with other families I've worked for.
