I have taken various child development classes for credits towards graduation but in the process I learned how much I love working with children. I have two baby siblings I love being around and my current job is a behavioral technician; I help kids with autism by implementing behavior plans, enhancing social and communication skills, assist with assessments, assisting my kids with daily living skills and I observe and record their behavior data in the process. Working with children ensures each day will be a fun unique adventure because they are exciting and unpredictable; They motivate me to be a better person and I love that.
