A little bit about me

I babysat for fourteen years and nannied for four years. I worked with families with adopted, disabled, different races, different cultures, different religions, and large families. My second nanny job I worked with seven children from fourteen months to seventeen years old. The three younger children had Down Syndrome. I love children and watching them experience new things every day. I worked as a Residential Lead Instructor with mentally challenged /disabled/behaviorally challenged children. I worked as a Residential Counselor with mentally/behaviorally challenged youth. I volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher and Bible School Teacher. I volunteered with Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for five years. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I have many trainings in nutrition, behaviors, development, and use 1-2-3/timeout discipline. I've worked as a dietician at a hospital. I'm a mandatory court reporter since 11/2001.
