I haven’t been a nanny yet, but one of my favorite moments with my little brother is helping him with his homework. Sometimes he gets confused or makes a small mistake, and we backtrack together so I can explain the right answer while also understanding where his thinking came from. I love those moments because we learn together and he always ends up understanding it.
