A little bit about me

Hi! I’m a CPR-certified mom to a 2-year-old daughter and I’m looking for a family that’s open to a nanny mom setup where my daughter can come with me. I genuinely enjoy being around kids and creating a calm, fun, home-like environment for them instead of just sitting inside all day.

I enjoy age-appropriate outdoor activities, parks, reading, learning through play, and engaging children in fun everyday activities, snack/lunch prep, and little adventure days. I also enjoy teaching younger kids simple things throughout the day like colors, shapes, counting, phonics, letters, and basic learning through play and everyday activities.

I’m naturally patient, nurturing, and very used to caring for toddlers full-time. I’d love to find a family that likes the idea of their child having companionship, outdoor experiences, learning, and a more warm and engaging environment throughout the day.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Most of my experience comes from being a full-time mom to my 2-year-old daughter and caring for toddlers in a hands-on, everyday way. I’m CPR certified and very used to preparing meals/snacks, keeping children engaged, doing outdoor activities, reading, routines, cleanup, playtime, and helping younger children learn through everyday activities like counting, colors, phonics, shapes, and conversation.

I also do occasional babysitting for family members and family friends.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing outdoor activities with children like parks, walks, libraries, zoo trips, aquariums, playtime, reading, arts and crafts, snack/lunch time, music, learning activities, and just helping kids stay active, curious, and engaged throughout the day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the most important parts of being a nanny to me is making children feel safe, cared for, engaged, and encouraged to learn throughout the day. I enjoy naturally incorporating learning into everyday activities in fun, age-appropriate ways like reading, counting, colors, phonics, shapes, conversation, and learning through play instead of making it feel overly strict or school-like.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One funny thing about toddlers is how seriously they take the smallest things 😂 One time my daughter got upset because I gave her the “wrong” spoon, and a few minutes later she was completely fine and acting like nothing even happened.
