I worked as a toddler teacher for 9-10 months at La Petite Academy. As well as worked with ages 2 and up. Before that I independently babysat on and off for about 4 years. This past year I have been working with a family that I met through Nanny Lane, and it has been a really enjoyable experience, and I can't wait to work with more families.

Reading them books, dancing to music, playing with bubbles, having fun outside time, and I love doing arts and crafts with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the children feel safe, but are also having a good time, I want to be able to get a real connection from the kids I'm with, and if they don't feel that, I don't ever want to force it on them.

Very little, I've worked with a couple children with mild autism, but that's my only experience
The most important part about being a nanny...
Helping this one child I used to nanny, learn to walk up the stairs. He was 1 and was terrified of going back up the stairs. But everyday I would hold his hand and walk up with him. Until eventually he would lead me up the stairs and was no longer afraid of them
