Taking great care of kids making sure they are always safe and happy and making sure that even if the parents are not around for some of the important steps in their child life I'll make video so they would never feel left out of their child 'FIRST' moments.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Having the kids so happy when I walk through the door and cry when it was time for me to go home. Having them call me to let me know how much they miss me while on vacation, having a bad day during the weekend and would call me to let me know and I'll talk to them an be they would feel so much better and ready to go on with their day. Having the parents tell me how happy they are to have me work for them and how happy the kid/kids are it's. That's only a few but that feels amazing and that's some of my favorite moments.
