I support all feeding methods though as I understand each family is unique. I really enjoy helping parents establish great sleeping habits and daytime schedules for their infants.
I am a holistic sleep consultant and have developed many methods over the years to help parents get those longer stretches of sleep at night without having long bouts of crying and I really enjoy helping families learn how to apply those techniques to their infant's bedtime routine.
I am also a student midwife and have great knowledge and experience with birth and newborns.
