Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've worked in daycares, summer camps, preschool classrooms, and most recently I was a swim instructor for infants and toddlers for almost three years!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I absolutely love water! That might look like packing up for a beach day, going to a pool or setting up a backyard splash pad. I'm also super passionate about process-focused art and crafts, especially activities where children get to explore colors and interesting textures. I also love reading, baking, and going for walks or hikes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is creating trust and a unique connection with a child. There’s nothing more special than getting to be a child’s trusted adult, and knowing that they view you as a role model and a teacher.

My experience with special needs children...

I’m very experienced in working with children with disabilities. I’ve worked with children with autism, both verbal and non-verbal. I’ve also worked with children with Down Syndrome, Angelman syndrome, visual impairments, hearing loss, physical disabilities, as well as several rare genetic disorders.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I babysat a 7 year old girl who spoke little-to-no English. At the end of my first time babysitting her, she gave me a drawing of me with a crown and a pink dress that said 'Märchenprinzessin' (princess).
