My absolute favorite part of being a nanny is the ability to the be a integral part of child’s development. There is nothing more rewarding then watching a child grow and progress while in my care. The fact that I am with a child for a significant amount in a day makes me realize I largely influenced them and can impact their lives. It’s a huge responsibility, but also a honor and a privilege.
