The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a babysitter was when I cared for a child with autism. Thanks to his therapy and the way I encouraged him to practice and repeat what he was learning during his sessions, he gradually started to speak, walk, recognize different objects, and understand what each one was. He also really enjoyed having me around and spending time with me. Seeing his progress and knowing that I was able to support him along the way was one of my favorite and most rewarding experiences as a babysitter.
