More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience working with children of various ages through my role as a dance teacher, where I taught children ranging from 2 to 12 years old. This experience helped me develop patience, creativity, responsibility, and strong communication skills while creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I have also participated in volunteer work with children with special needs, which taught me the importance of being understanding, adaptable, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Additionally, I have previous babysitting experience and have helped care for my younger brother. I genuinely enjoy working with children and love being able to make a positive impact on their day!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing fun activities with kids and keeping them entertained! Some of my favorite things to do are arts and crafts, dancing, playing games, baking, and watching movies. I also love being outside, whether it’s going to the park, playing sports, on walks, or just enjoying a nice day. I especially love anything involving music and dancing! I always enjoy finding new activities based on what the kids like and making sure they’re having a good time!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, loved, and comfortable around you. I want parents to feel like they can trust me with their children and know they’re in good hands. I also think it’s really important to build a genuine connection with the kids, be patient, and make sure they’re having fun while also learning and growing. At the end of the day, I want to be someone the kids look forward to seeing and someone the parents can always count on!
My experience with special needs children...
I have some volunteer experience working with children with special needs, including children with Down syndrome and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through this experience, I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, understanding, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I really enjoyed spending time with them, helping with activities, and getting to know their different personalities!
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments (a little basic lol) but when they get so excited to see me and don’t want me to leave! It’s such a sweet feeling knowing that I’ve built a bond with them and that they genuinely enjoy spending time with me. I love all the little funny conversations, random hugs, and silly moments that come with being around kids. Those are always the moments that make me smile!

I also know how to cook, my mother is Albanian and tausght me how to cook a wide veriety of Mediterranean cuisine, while also finding my own interest in other culture's food!
