A little bit about me

As a nanny i asked the parents how they spend time with their children so i can interact better with the children .i get involve in any daily activities that is asign by the parents.If i have any suggestions i would inquire with the parents I would ask the parents about health and safety in the household exactly what was my duties and what was invasion of me as a nanny in the family. I would make sure there are regular meetings with the parents to ensure everything with both parties are up-to-date I also require a nanny contract so we are both clear on each other duties and what is expected of my duties as a nanny I would also ask about the parenting styles and how the parents discipline the children so that we are on the same term I will make sure I communicate with the family on a daily basis of what's going on with the kids we would discuss the pay and make sure both parties are happy.
