A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Glorivee. I’m a responsible, charismatic, empathetic and thrust wordy person. I have a son and two daughters and many nieces and nephews. I love and enjoy being around kids. I started babysitting at the age of 16 . My first experience was with a 6 month old baby girl then continued to care for her 3 siblings for ten years. Three years full time and the rest when needed. Till this day I have good communication with them. I’m a paraprofessional I work one on one with a special ed student. In the past I assisted teacher in kindergarten classroom. and also worked 4 yrs in an ASD program where I worked with Autistic children. Other than work time I enjoy craft and play time. I did many different tasks and enjoyed teaching, I believe Safety and Moral Values are most important. I’m happy to support parents while making a positive impact in their children’s life.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me what matters most, is to have a positive impact in a child’s life by instructing and supporting moral values. To have empathy and compassion Caring for them in the most Loving, Healthy and Safety way. Enjoying fun happy moments and also support them when they’re having a rough day. Allowing them to feel that when their parents are working hard to provide them, they can count on me.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with Autistic Children, verbal and non verbal. And was also a one on one with a Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder student. At the moment Im a one on one paraprofessional to a special ed pre k student.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had many special moments but just to mention one. The sweetest moment I had as a nanny. Was holding for the first time the 2 weeks old baby boy that provided care for. He was so tiny and had so much hair. It was just the cutest baby. That was definitely one of the most special moments.
