The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about Nannying for me is building trust with not only the kids, but the parents. I come from a family of 5 kids and understood my own mothers stress and overwhelm with trusting a nanny to care for us all. I personally love working with children, and the days I get home and receive texts like "The kids are asking for you back to come play games!" or "Our daughter wants you to attend her school awards ceremony" are the days I remember exactly why I do this. I'm looking for a family who needs a positive presence in their kids life!
The most important part about being a nanny...
When doing a week long overnight job while parents were out of town, me and the kids threw a surprise welcome home party for the parents! We made over a dozen cupcakes (and decorated them of course), Made posters and cards, turned on fun colored lights and had a dance party!
