More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Aside from babysitting and nannying, I also worked as a Residences Assistance for the Colorado Student Leaders Institute - COSLI (a summer program for high schoolers) . I was in charge of at least ten teenagers at a time. I facilitated group discussions, I ran nightly room checks, chaperoned students as they walked in downtown Denver, CO. During my time with COSLI, I also experienced a hard lockdown with an active shooter that was on campus.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing all activities with children. Whether that be swimming, going on walks or to the park, crafts, baking. I also enjoy reading and doing academic activities. I also think tea parties with little girls are fun, I love dance parties and dress up. I'm pretty good at having car races as well. I think of myself as very hands on. As long as the activity is age appropriate for the child, I'm willing to allow them to do it and join in on the fun!
