I think the most important part is building a safe and loving space for the kiddos. I believe building a strong connection and trust is also important. I love to see them grow and learn new things everyday.

This happened at the daycare school…
We had a toddler who didn’t walk yet, I would try and practice with her. I had to leave early one day and she was upset since I had to put her down to get ready to head out. She didn’t want me to leave that it encouraged her to get up, take her first steps and follow me to the door. It was such a bittersweet moment, made me upset how sad she was but I was so happy and excited that she took her first steps.
