A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Gwen. I am a married mother of 3 amazing boys ages, 14,17 & 23. I have been caring for children since I was a teenager with over 35 years experience in childcare. I was a part-time nanny for an amazing family with 4 children for the past 6 years, who recently relocated to another state. I have been a part-time mother’s helper for the past year as well. . I also teach preschool at a homeschool co-op and I am lead nursery attendant for my church nursery.fir the past 26 years caring for infants to 6 years old. I enjoying caring for these precious children, because they remind us how wonderful the world can be. I love to be creative through arts & crafts, reading fun stories, playing dress-up, using our imagination, building forts, playing outside, going to the park, playing board games, having fun, being silly, & lots of laughter.. I look forward to meeting you and your children.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I helped my mom teaching swimming lessons when I was a teenager. I have worked in numerous church nurseries. I have work for The Carrollton Early Childhood PTA, The Colony Early Childhood PTA. I have been a preschool 2’s & 3’s teacher for several local preschool programs. I recently was a part-time nanny/homeschool teacher for the past 6 years and a part-time Mother’s helper for over 1 year. I have worked in my church nursery caring for children 0-6 years of age for the past 26 years… I currently teach preschool 1 day a week for local a Homeschool Co-Op.
