The most important part about being a nanny...
As someone who has been babysitting for 9 years and nannying for the last 4 years, the most important part of being a nanny is gaining the trust from the family that I will provide the care that their child needs. When there is trust I am able to do my job a lot better! Also having a great relationship/friendship with the parents allows me to feel like I am more than just their nanny, but someone important in their lives ❤️
