The most important part of being a nanny is building trust by creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure. It also involves supporting their development by encouraging age-appropriate growth through play, learning, and social interactions. Maintaining consistency with routines and discipline, aligned with the parents' approach, is crucial for stability. Lastly, designing fun and meaningful activities keeps children engaged while promoting learning.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a little one go from barely being able to hold a crayon to proudly drawing their first recognizable picture. It was incredible to see their growth from just scribbling to creating something they could show off with excitement.
