More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a substitute teacher for 2 years, I am a Certified Nurse Assistant and have been since I was 18, and I would babysit for all ages on all the military bases I grew up on! I also worked as a housekeeper at my Air-force base hotel for traveling service members who were deployed or on TDY, and or were moving military families. I would always help and look after the moving military families children.

What matters most to me is connecting with the kids and building their confidence, and emotional regulation skills. As well as helping run and maintain the house in whatever way the parents need!
My experience with special needs children...
When I was a substitute I would work in the special needs department for a good chunk of time before I moved! That includes elementary, preschool, middle school and High School ages.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Field day and PE was always my favorite time to spend with my kids! When I was taking care of my kids in a home setting, being out in nature was always a time I enjoyed with them. As well as bedtime where everything got to slow down and we would read stories and talk about their thoughts and their day. I loved every moment with the kids I’d take care of but those moments definitely stand out to me as some of my favorites.
