Most important part would be making children know they are important and being equal. I’m the one that people say I’m to nice so teaching kids to be themselves is my goal. I love being role models and teaching them.

I did mommy and me classes to have children with needs do activities that make them feel included like the rest. I tell them that they are perfect how they are and can do everything anyone else can so I encourage them to make them feel equal.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would be going on adventures and making them excited to enjoy that outside and inside life. Most children like my brothers think playing videos games is the life right now but as I was growing up we were made to enjoy life being outside or inside.
