My name is Hailey, I have a 2 year old son who is my pride and joy. I worked in a childcare facility for 2 years as the 1 year old classrooms lead teacher and I worked in an Elementary School as a Teacher Assistant to fantastic 1st-3rd graders. I was expected to do the following: serve food, clean up several times a day, manage behaviors, do tabletop activities, fine motor and gross motor skill help, and keep up contact with parents. I love my job there but I have to leave due to poor management and toxic workplace environment. I won't have constant childcare for my own son, so if having him with me while I take care of your little one(s) is ok that would be wonderful!
