A little bit about me

HiI I'm Haley. I am 29. In my early 20's I discovered my passion lies with providing care for children and making a positive impact on their lives. Recently I’ve been working in data entry but I am looking to get back into nannying!
I was a career nanny for 7 years. My journey began when I moved to Bend, OR in 2018 and was hired in the Infant Room in a preschool. That experience showed me that working full-time in childcare was something that brought me joy and fulfillment.
I've worked with infants to school aged children. I've had the pleasure of caring for children of all ages and stages. Arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, and reading are some of my favorite activities to share with the kids.
Safety is my number 1 priority, always! I am CPR & first aid certified. I have my food handlers card. My driving record is clear as well as my background check. I have reliable transportation.
I had my first baby in March of 2025 and would need to bring her with me if possible.

Reading, puzzles, building blocks/legos, playground time, practicing letters/numbers/shapes, bubbles, walks, grocery shopping, painting, coloring, and play-doh just to name a handful!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is creating a safe, calm, happy environment that encourages the child to be themselves, learn and grow. I love helping little humans grow into capable, smart little beings!

My experience with special needs children...

I have a bit of experience with special needs children and transporting them to speech, ABA, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are so many special moments as a nanny, but my favorite ones are the moments when the child has a "light bulb" moment. I love seeing their brains make new connections! Another special moment is seeing them conquer a fear. For example, going down a new slide at the park!
