I have 7 years of professional childcare experience in both licensed childcare centers and private nanny settings. I worked in a licensed center in both the infant and toddler classrooms, including an infant room where I cared for up to four babies at once and supported early development through play, sensory activities, and structured routines.
For the past three years I have worked in a nanny share caring for two children from infancy through toddlerhood. This role required managing multiple schedules, feedings, naps, and developmental milestones while maintaining a calm and organized environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy creating a monthly activity plan to make sure we are engaging in activities that support important early childhood developmental milestones. I incorporate sensory play, music, reading, language development, and fine and gross motor activities throughout the week. We spend time outdoors whenever possible, going for walks, exploring nature, visiting playgrounds, and getting fresh air.
Indoors I enjoy crafts, building activities, imaginative play, puzzles, and reading together. I focus on creating a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and build confidence as they grow.

The most important part of being a nanny to me is creating a safe, secure relationship where children feel supported and understood. When kids feel that sense of security, they’re able to explore the world around them, build confidence, and thrive as they grow. I love being part of helping create that foundation in their early years.

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a toddler I cared for learned to say my name and would run to the door yelling it every morning when I arrived. Seeing how excited they were to start the day together always reminded me how meaningful the relationships we build with children really are.
