Finally, doing everything I can to help the family's home run smoothly (that way they have less to worry about and can spend their free time doing family activities).

This was very difficult to choose, however I think my favorite nanny moment would have to be when one of my babies used an ASL sign that I taught her for the first time. Although she was still months away from talking, she was able to communicate that she wanted "more" milk.
