The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important qualities in a nanny are honesty and respect. Parents place a great deal of trust in the person caring for their child, and I believe it’s important to communicate openly with families, follow their preferences whenever possible, and be transparent if any issues or concerns arise. Building a strong, respectful relationship with both the child and the parents helps create a safe and positive environment for everyone.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite childcare moments was working as a lead infant teacher and watching the children learn and use sign language at such a young age. It was incredibly rewarding to help them reach milestones like crawling, walking, and communicating their needs. Being able to watch their confidence and personalities grow each day was such a special experience
