More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a private nanny and also worked in daycare settings for six years now. I have worked with all ages 0-17, however, most of my experience has been with infants and toddlers! I also have experience working with children with special needs, disabilities, developmental delays, and neurodivergence.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am a big fan of arts and crafts, as well as spending time outdoors when the weather permits. Movie nights are fun occasionally, but I tend to steer more towards activities such as games and baking!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love making connections with all of my families and watching all of the sweet kiddos grow! I try to create strong bonds with each child and family I work with. I think one of the most important parts for the caregivers is that they feel their child is safe with me, and one of the most important parts for the children is that they have fun. A strong bond definitely helps us to ensure that!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked closely with neurodivergent children, specifically those with autism and ADHD. I have also assisted those with developmental delays. Recently, I volunteered at Singal Centers, where I gained experience caring for children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities that impacted the children's day-to-day functional ability.
