Some of my favorite moments with my nanny kids are the little, everyday wins—when they master a new skill, share a big laugh, or show kindness to others. I love watching their faces light up when they accomplish something new, whether it’s taking their first steps, saying a new word, or completing a puzzle on their own. Storytime snuggles, dance parties in the living room, and silly inside jokes make every day special. I cherish the quiet moments too—holding little hands on walks, singing lullabies before naps, and hearing them say “I love you” unprompted. Seeing their excitement when I arrive and knowing I’m part of their world is incredibly rewarding. Watching them grow, develop confidence, and build a strong bond with me is the most fulfilling part of being a nanny.
