"Hallie minded our two kids (our daughter, from when she was 2.5 years old and our son from when he was 2 months old) over the course of 1 year, from May 2022 - May 2023. Hallie’s responsibilities included ensuring the kids were content and well fed at mealtimes, as well as managing diaper changes, naps etc. She was also instrumental in helping us toilet train our daughter. In addition, Hallie was tasked with bringing the kids on play dates to the local park and supervising their play with others in an outdoor setting. I found Hallie to be reliable, trustworthy and very conscientious. She always checked in with me with updates on the kid’s well being throughout the day, which was very much appreciated. She was also very good at recognizing when either child felt unwell and was able to monitor them accordingly. The kids loved her as she had a sweet personality and was always patient with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Hallie as your child’s minder."
