The most important part about being a nanny...
If I was a parent, Id have to be honest, it would be hard for me to have a nanny! To me, Id understand that no one can love my babies as much as I do and I understand that my nanny will play a huge role on how my kid develop and affect things like, mannerism, attitude, habits, etc.
And because I know my nanny won’t care about my kids the way that I do, it makes me nervous that they would just treat it like any other job! And just “put up with the kids” for a few hour and move on with their day!
For me, I feel like I have a HUGE responsibility and role as a nanny! Cause I know how big of an impact I can make on a family and kids! And I really want to make a good impact!
