The most important part about being a nanny...
Is always having an open mindset with children. Some kids are smarter then most and some are very shy, that’s why you always have too be patient and kind too a child. Children nowadays are different from back then and we are all evolving differently everyday. But when it comes too kids the most important thing too me is making sure the child is happy, having fun, that they have food in there system, staying hydrated with water, being cautious what they put in there mouths, what they say, if they are okay and all the basics you need too know and have. It’s like taking care of your own child but there are facts and rules when taking care of other peoples children.
My experience with special needs children...
I have an older brother who is autistic and growing up with him, it was easier too be patient. Whether it’s with a special needs kid or a kid who isn’t special. You have too be patient and calm with them and make them feel like they are in control sometimes. You also have too be there support because it’s harder for a kid with special needs.

My baby cousin she would giggle with the most cutest laughs as a baby cuz I’d make a funny noise or when I’d put movies she’d be enjoy.
