A little bit about me

I have a passion to work with children and I have for years. I started when I was 16 and have been working with kids full time since I graduated. I have my Child Development Associates, all CPR/first aid trainings, and all Nevada registry trainings. I foster positive relationships with all the children I’ve worked with. I am currently a site director of a before and after school program and have been with this job for 2 years. I have missed getting to be more one on one with the children so I am looking for a long term full time nannying position. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a before and after school teacher for the past 2 years. In November I got promoted to site director of this program at a local charter school. I also worked at a daycare to pick up extra hours. At the daycare I worked in the infant and toddler rooms.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do arts and crafts, working as a teacher I have gotten to do a lot of curriculum and Pinterest activities to really get the kids creative ideas flowing. I have also had a lot of babysitting jobs with boys so I love to play kick ball, soccer, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The children really depend on you. Working as a teacher I get to impact tons of children during the school year. However, nannying is different because you are directly working with these children almost everyday. I love seeing the impact I create on these children and seeing how important I am in their lives. Even today almost 2 years after my last family moved away, I still get calls, texts, and birthday invites.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My last long term family treated me like family. My favorite moment was when they threw me a birthday party and we all went bowling together. It was so much fun and I could see how important I was in their lives.
