A little bit about me

Hi! I moved to St Pete about a year ago and am looking for some part time work as a nanny/babysitter. I grew up in the Boston area and started babysitting when I was about 12 years old. Throughout High School and College I babysat and taught swim lessons to children between the ages of 2-18. I went to the University of Connecticut and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Development and Education. I taught Preschool for 1 year and then transitioned to an Infant classroom for 2 years after college where I cared for children between the ages of 8 weeks to 18 months. While living in Boston post-graduation, I babysat and nannied for multiple families while also working full time as a teacher. I decided to leave teaching (but kept babysitting) in 2019 to join the corporate world. I currently work remotely as a Recruiter for a tech company but I truly miss working with children and am looking for a part-time job.
