In Middle School, I tutored 3 elementary students until I was midway through high school. By the end of it, every child I worked with loved to learn and thankfully, I was able to find their own individual studying method so they could carry good studying habits with them into middle school and high school!

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is setting a good example and working off of the parents needs and wants for their child mixed in with the child/children’s needs as well! I grew up with a nanny and looked up to her profoundly. I am grateful about all the good habits she taught me that I will hold near and dear to me forever.
My experience with special needs children...
For over 7 years, I took care of a special needs child whose condition was a bit complex. My duties included giving her speech therapy, refreshing what was taught in school that day, giving her physical therapy to be able to walk, taking her to the park, and also cooking for her or taking her out to eat. She is now 14 and has made an immense amount of improvement! Not only is she able to walk but she can run, uses her sign language and some words to communicate, loves to help me out in the kitchen, and enjoys helping me clean!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment that was both sweet and funny was when I was taking care of a 10 year old child recently when out of nowhere he looks at me and said,”Hannah, I wish I was your son, your kids are going to be so lucky.” ❤️
