More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was responsible for caring for a 2 year old girl each morning, and a 4 year old boy when he did not have preschool(every other day). I fostered their morning routines, ensuring they were prepared for a productive and fun day while the parents work. I helped the 2 year old girl transition from bottles, a crib, and diapers; to solid breakfast, potty training, and a bed. I engaged the 5 year old boy in creative learning activities, and sparked his passion for art. I also preformed simple house hold tasks such as organizing.
I was responsible for picking up the younger 3-year-old sister from daycare and bringing her home(6 year old sister rode the bus). I developed a creative and productive afternoon schedule which included: healthy snacks, outdoor play/indoor arts and crafts, homework/leaning help, teaching important responsibilities, and making their dinners. I also provided extra household aid by completing chores around the house and any task the parents would ask for.
