A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Haylee! I am 22 and recently just graduated from MTSU with a B. S. in Psychology. I'm looking for work to keep me busy this summer starting June 2nd. I started babysitting from a young age, and I am also the oldest of four children, so I have had experience helping and looking after kids for the majority of my life. My youngest brother was diagnosed with autism when he was 5, so I have a deeper understanding of how not everyone learns the same or has the same abilities as the next person, but everybody is capable and has a right to express and enjoy themselves in their own way. I have experience with ages ranging from 2-10 years old, but getting to hold a little baby now and again makes my heart happy. I am currently working at an after-school program run through the YMCA, so helping with homework and running around outside are part of my daily schedule. It is also a requirement through my job to be trained in CPR and First Aid, so I have those certifications. When I'm not at school or work, I enjoy photography and crafting. Pinterest is a child-care worker's best friend, and I've got the artwork and stained t-shirts to prove it! I've had a lot of friends find really great opportunities and connections through this site, so I hope I'm able to find those as well! I am available Mon-Fri with availability on some weekends.
