A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Hayley Heavey. I am 23 years old and newly moved to Lincoln Park. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I have had multiple babysitting jobs, spent 2 months with an infant, have taught preschool swimming lessons for 5 years and spent 5 years working at an after school program for k-6th graders. I also have volunteered at multiple locations for children with special needs. I went to school for recreation management in hopes of one day opening my own daycare/preschool. Watching children learn and grow has always been a passion of mine. I had a nanny for 12 years when I was growing up and she made such a huge impact on my life that I want to make that impact on someone else's child's life. I grew up with younger brothers and many many cousins. (17 younger than me to be exact) to kids have always been a part of my life.
