Hi! My name is Hayley , and I’m a 22-year-old nanny with over 6 years of childcare experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have worked with children of all ages. I also have my TCC! I come from a large family with many siblings, so caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience creating and following lesson plans, supporting developmental milestones, and providing a nurturing, structured environment where children can learn and grow. I love making each day fun and engaging — whether that means reading books, singing songs, playing dress-up, doing crafts, or helping with early learning activities. The most important part about being a nanny...

Watching the children learn and grow. Connecting with children and watching them grow has always been my favorite part of teaching. Also the parent teacher relationships are wonderful. It fills my heart when I connect woth not only the children, but the parents of said children and create a bond between the whole family.
