I used to work with my grandma a lot with her babysitting business, but I only do that every once in awhile now since she lives an hour away. Obviously I was not working alone and I had help, but I think I have gained a bit of experience over the 3+ years I have really been working for her. A couple of years back I also used to volunteer in the special needs department of my class. I used to go in some mornings and play with the kids, and help them have a good start to their day. I have also been babysitting my now 8 month old cousin a couple of days a week for the past couple of months.
