My name is Hermela, and I’m a full-time student at the University of Washington Seattle campus. I have hands-on experience working with young children. I spent four months working at a daycare, where I learned essential childcare skills and gained experience creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for kids. In addition, I have helped raise my three younger cousins from infancy, taking on a caring, supportive role in their daily routines, from feeding and playtime to educational activities.
