The most important part about being a nanny to me is the ability to be a essential part of a child's development. There is nothing more rewarding than to watch a child grow and progress while in my care. The fact that i am with the child for a significant amount of time during the day makes me realize that i am largely influence them and can be an impact on their lives. It is a huge responsibility, but also an honor and a privilege.
