"Icilma worked for our family from the time our daughter was three months old and left when she was 14, and her brothers 13 and 10. She created a loving and safe environment for our 3 children. She was completely reliable, punctual, and always provided a full description of their day before she left for the evening. We knew our children were safe and love while in her care.
