The most important part about being a nanny...
My personal opinion is a connection and understanding. there’s gonna be good and bad days but it is our job to set a good example of coping mechanisms and boundaries when we do have those bad days and just need a some space or even a hug. that’s where i feel the connection is important, in order to fully be vulnerable there has to be trust and understanding as well. teaching the little ones this will help in the long run of everyday up and downs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
has to be the moments you see the child/ren begin to open up and trust you with the big emotions, also seeing parents and kids get the break they need so they can come together again and enjoy their everyday lives.
