Some activities i enjoy doing with children are drawing/coloring, play the sport they play (depending on the age), play with toys (barbies, toy cars, dolls, etc.).
The most important part about being a nanny...
The thing that matters to be the most about being a nanny is that your not just on your phone and you actually play and pay attention the the child because, (example) Let's say a 4 year old is holding glass and they drop it they will get hurt and you will get into trouble for not paying attention to the child.

I have only cared/babysit for a autistic 6 year old girl once.

A 3 year old girl was naming her teddy bear and she named it a bad word !
